A complex of buildings and structures.

The land plot for the construction and reconstruction of a residential complex is the existing territory of the complex. 

To create a new residential complex, the project provides for the dismantling of individual structures, the construction of new ones, as well as the reconstruction of part of existing buildings. 

The office building is planned to be reconstructed for cultural and household premises and an elementary school with classrooms and offices. The office and residential building is being converted into an executive building with living quarters. 

Residential buildings, a garage, a diesel generator and transformer substation are also being reconstructed. 

The new construction involves the installation of an outdoor swimming pool with utility rooms, a sports ground, a covered parking lot, a gazebo, a decorative pond and a security room.

To create a new complex, the project provides for the dismantling of individual structures, the construction of a three-storey residential building for 9 apartments, a one-storey building of the passport and visa section, a one-storey building of an engineering and economic block with a garage and a postal correspondence check point, as well as utility and auxiliary buildings.

A large office and residential building and a swimming pool with utility rooms are undergoing major reconstruction.
